It began with the idea of building a support system for content creators based in Detroit, Michigan.  That journey began in the early 90s, as founder, Hassiem Jackson, started learning how to build the creative ecosystem through trial and error.  30 years later, those  successful efforts have become baseMetro Learning Community—which is set to launch in August 2023.
